winner will be announced at the Breakthrough Breakfasts (April - NY,
May - DC)
3. There
are three levels of awards per region: Third, Second, and Grand Prize
- Additionally,
any corporation that reported at least 5 Done Deals transacted
between April 1, 2005 and March 31, 2006 will receive recognition
at the breakthrough breakfasts.
- The
WPEO corporate sponsor that reported the most Done Deals for
this period will be recognized as the Grand Prize Winner.
- WBE's

Kauffman Foundation launched a website for entrepreneurs looking for
practical information on managing, and expanding their businesses. The
site features original content in finance, HR, sales & marketing,

2005 overall winner of Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year
award was Arthur M. Blank, co-founder of Home Depot and owner of the

new paper from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta finds strong evidence
to support that the Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs
are drivers of small business growth and wider economic development
