WBE: Ann Ortolano, Owner of Sageview Consulting

COMPANY HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:
Established in 2002, Sageview Consulting provides expertise in training, organizational development, human resource management, recruitment and staffing as well as employee benefit and retirement plan services. Sageview is extremely proud of their client list which includes the Museum of Modern Art, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, National Sports Museum, The O Group and other well-known organizations.

Additionally, Sageview was recently retained by the National Sports Museum (NSM) who will open their doors to the public April 2008 in downtown Manhattan. Sageview will provide full staffing and recruitment services to NSM, including the development of their organizational infrastructure and creation of their policy manual, employment application and performance appraisal system.

ABOUT HER CERTIFICATION: When Ortolano started Sageview Consulting, her first order of business was to establish her company as a certified woman-owned business so that they could reach other women owned businesses. Sageview attends WPEO and WBENC meetings and events and hopes to develop business with other WBEs who do not have the Human Resource expertise we can offer.
