What is an eligible Done Deal™?
*The deal must be made after April 1, 2009 and reported by March 31, 2010 to count for the 2010 Challenge.
*An eligible Done Deal occurs when:

  1. A contract is signed between a WPEO-certified WBE and WPEO corporate member, and the WBE had competition on the contract bid (purchasing agents could have selected another vendor), or
  2. A contract is signed between two WBE firms, one of which must be WPEO-certified.
Does the Deal have to be a result of a WPEO event or program?

The deal does not have to be the direct result of a WPEO event, program or introduction. It can have had no affiliation with the WPEO up to this point.

How do I report my Done Deal?
Report online by clicking here .

Where will the Challenge and/or my Done Deals be publicized?
* Done Deals™ will be publicized in the WPEO newsletter, on the WPEO website and on the Challenge Trackers. To view a sample tracker please click here.
* There will be a press release about the Breakfast and the Done Deals Challenge. It will include a mention of the winners. If you would like to send a press release out regarding your participation in the Challenge please email Kirsten Wynn.

What if I don't want my deals publicized - can I still participate in the challenge?
You can still participate in the challenge even if you cannot publicize the Done Deal. Reporting online is not the same as publicizing. When you report online, simply click "no" to the "Okay to publicize?" question and we will keep the "deal" confidential. If you win the challenge, we will not disclose the names of the other WBE firms with which you made deals.
