Linda is President of Ronin Enterprises and an executive
coach, learning practitioner and organizational change expert.
Her expertise is dedicated to building competitive advantage
for her corporate clients.
With over 25 years of experience, she unites her solid understanding
of management issues and human resource development with a
systemic approach to business transformation.
At Ronin, she coaches corporate executives and creates learning
programs that produce powerful personal and organizational
results targeted to business strategy.
In its 20th year, Ronin continues to be a unique consulting
entity with clients worldwide. Clients include: Citibank,
IBM, Eli Lilly, TIAA-CREF, Alcoa, Boeing, Armstrong Industries,
Chase and Shell Oil as well as small and medium sized entrepreneurial
firms.
Linda's commitment to changing the conversations of business
keeps her involved in:

Linda earned an M.S. in Human Resources from Fordham University.
Linda is currently a professor at the University of Phoenix.
She served on the boards of WBENC and the WPEO. She was chosen
to represent the United States as part of a delegation touring
the People's Republic of China to exchange management practices
between the countries. She is a frequent public speaker, was
featured in a BusinessWeek cover story as an innovative entrepreneur,
and appears in Who's Who Worldwide.
