Fifteen years ago, before the concept of the virtual workforce became widely accepted, McKinley Marketing Partners, Inc. was founded to help organizations locate qualified marketing professionals that could step in to lead or support key projects on an as-needed basis.
As McKinley's co-founder and first employee, Michelle Boggs now serves as the company's President and CEO. As such, she oversees an operation that consults with Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies regarding their project-based marketing needs, and then taps into McKinley's exclusive roster of hundreds of pre-screened Interim Marketing ManagersSM (IMMs®) to find the best resource or resources for the project. In 2007 McKinley launched a permanent placement service line.
Michelle is a lifelong entrepreneur who is now living out her dream of owning and managing an established business. Prior to founding the company, Michelle served as an independent marketing contractor, and in this role she was able to gain greater work/life balance. It was then that she determined to make the opportunity available for more professionals by starting McKinley.
Michelle is the co-founder of the non-profit organization, Athletic Counseling & Treatment Institute. Michelle has also served as a Board member for Women's Business Enterprise National Council and Women's President's Educational Organization.
