Eliseo Rojas

Eliseo T. Rojas is the Vice President of Global Sourcing & Procurement for The Interpublic Group of Companies. Mr. Rojas oversees and directs all aspects of the company’s strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier diversity functions. Interpublic is one of the largest providers of Marketing and Advertising related services in the world.

Prior to joining Interpublic Mr. Rojas was a Vice President of Global Procurement for the Cendant Corporation, the largest provider of Real Estate and Travel related services in the world.

Before joining Cendant Mr. Rojas founded ETR Business Solutions, Inc. a certified minority owned consultancy firm that specializes in supply chain management and supplier diversity.

For fourteen years, he was the Chief Procurement and Supplier Diversity Officer for TIAA-CREF, the largest pension system in the world and a Fortune 100 financial services company.

Previous to his involvement in procurement and supplier diversity he was a Vice President in the Securities Operations Division of Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc., a large Brokerage and Investment Banker.

With more than two decades of performance-based progression to senior-level management positions in large corporate environments, Mr. Rojas has a solid background in developing and executing strategic plans. He is a visionary and a hands-on manager with highly developed negotiation skills and experience cultivating strategic business partnerships.

Mr. Rojas is recognized as a leader in the Supplier Diversity arena and is very involved in creating partnerships between minority and women-owned businesses and corporate America.

Mr. Rojas is a member of the NY/NJ Minority Supplier Development Council’s Board of Directors and previously served as the Treasurer. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization.

Mr. Rojas previously served on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Minority Business Council where he served as the Secretary.

He is a native of Peru and came to the United States in 1973. He attended DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx, and holds a Bachelors Degree from Columbia University.
