Bev Williamson is a seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience in Johnson & Johnson. Beverly is Vice President Process Excellence in Consumer. Her vision, strategy, and execution have led a global group of executive and senior business excellence leaders to improvements impacting significant value creation for the Consumer business. Her leadership experience in manufacturing, inventory management, distribution, customer service, quality assurance and procurement have served her well in her holistic approach to global business improvement.
Consumer WW initiatives led by Bev are Global External Manufacturing Simplification, Global Business Continuity and Supplier Diversity. She played a key leadership role in the successful Pfizer Acquisition Integration for North America.
While at J&J Vision Care, Beverly spearheaded a $100 million, 1200 employee manufacturing operation to deliver the lowest historical production cost with the highest quality. Additionally, she led the Operations to launch a new product to market 18 months early for a new market entry to gain new share, as well as exceeded profit targets. She was a key leader in the successful start-up operation for Vision Care’s product launch of the Acuvue brand.
Beverly holds a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Management from the University of Dallas. She is J&J’s representative and Board Member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. She has been recognized by the YWCA with a Leadership Award and selected as Woman of Distinction by Gateway Girl Scouts.
Bev resides in Skillman, New Jersey and enjoys spending time in Florida with family.
