Allison Marshall

Ms. Marshall is currently the Downstream and Chemicals Functional Controls Manager for ExxonMobil’s global Procurement organization. She provides leadership and direction for controls compliance to the Controls Advisors responsible for the Downstream, Chemical and Headquarters Procurement groups. She also ensures alignment between the Procurement Controls function and Audit and Controller’s.

Ms. Marshall joined Exxon Company USA’s Human Resources in the Planning and Analysis group in Houston, Texas. After holding various positions in HR including Benefits, Compensation and Recruiting, she moved into Procurement in 1993. Ms. Marshall worked in several positions within the contracting area of Procurement, primarily focused on Exploration, Drilling and Production contracts.

In 2002, Ms. Marshall became the Area Procurement Manager for Esso Exploration Angola Ltd. and was located in Luanda, Angola for 3 years. Following the Africa assignment, she held various management positions in Upstream Procurement prior to accepting her current position and moving to Virginia and the ExxonMobil Fairfax office.

While in Houston, Ms. Marshall was involved in Texas Executive Women and the Woman’s Resource Center, both of which are focused on providing assistance to organizations that, in turn, help women and girls through education. Ms. Marshall was president of Texas Executive Women in 1996.
